EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids commonly used to support normal cardiovascular, brain, eye and overall wellness as part of a balanced diet. The omega-3 form is listed as Ethyl esters (EE). Source material: Anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel, sardine; tilapia/carp shell.
