EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids commonly used to support normal cardiovascular, brain, eye and overall wellness as part of a balanced diet. The omega-3 form is listed as Re-esterified triglyceride (rTG). Source material: Anchovies, sardines, mackerel, herring. The 60 soft gels package provides approximately 30 label servings.
