Each label serving (1 softgel) provides 1,135 mg of total omega-3s, 780 mg EPA, 260 mg DHA, 40 mg DPA. The formula also includes Other omega-3s 55 mg. EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids commonly used to support normal cardiovascular, brain, eye and overall wellness as part of a balanced diet. The omega-3 form is listed as Triglyceride (TG). Source material: Wild anchovy, sardine, mackerel. The 60 softgels package provides approximately 60 label servings.
